1. Google Chrome
Clear Cache
Open Chrome and click the three dots ⋮ in the upper-right corner.
Click Delete browsing data.
Select:
Cached images and files
(Optional) Cookies and browsing history
Choose a Time range (use All time for a full refresh).
Click Delete from this device.
Reset Browser Settings
navigate to: Settings → Reset settings.
Click Restore settings to their original defaults.
Confirm by clicking Reset settings.
2. Microsoft Edge
Clear Cache
Click the three dots ⋯ at the top-right.
Select Settings.
Choose Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select:
Cached images and files
(Optional) Cookies and browsing history
Click Clear now.
Reset Browser Settings
In Settings, select Reset settings on the left.
Click Restore settings to their default values.
Confirm your choice.
3. Mozilla Firefox
Clear Cache
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right.
Select Settings.
Choose Privacy & Security.
Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data….
Select Cached Web Content.
Click Clear.
Reset (Refresh Firefox)
Click the menu icon again.
Select Help → More troubleshooting information.
Click Refresh Firefox
.
Confirm by clicking Refresh Firefox in the prompt.
4. When to Clear Cache
You should try clearing your browser cache if you experience:
Pages not loading correctly
Stale or outdated pages
Login loops or repeated prompts
Website images not appearing
Performance slowness
