Method A — Restart from the Start Menu (Recommended)
Step 1: Click the Start Button
Move your mouse to the Start button on the taskbar (Windows icon).
Click it.
Step 2: Click the Power Icon
In the Start menu, look for the Power icon (a circle with a vertical line).
Click it.
Step 3: Select “Restart”
A small menu will appear with:
Sleep
Shut down
Restart
Click Restart.
Method B — Forced Restart (If System Is Frozen)
Step 1: Hold Power Button
If the PC is frozen and unresponsive:
Hold the physical power button for 5–10 seconds until the screen turns off.
Step 2: Turn On Again
Press the power button again to restart the PC.
