Sometimes patches can have issues despite rigorous internal testing. This can also happen if you are seriously out of the date and trying to patch and old version of the game.
There are two main things you want to try next before submitting a ticket.
- Download the full installer (instead of the patch) at https://www.wwiionline.com/play
- Make sure you agree to, and check all of the installation boxes on the installer (as seen below):
- These external installers are critical.
